A continuing journey for students building discipline, confidence, respect, and self-control. Intermediate, advanced, and black belt students develop their skills through consistent practice, personal goals, and supporting one another.

CIT Program
Certified Instructor In Training gives students opportunities to support younger classmates and learn how to guide a group. Practice patience, clear communication, responsibility, and the everyday habit of helping others grow.
